Currently, we offer shipping to North America, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, New Zealand and Australia.
Once your order has been packed, you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a tracking number for your selected shipping method.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Rates will vary depending on the purchaser’s location and selected
shipping method. Carrier calculated rates allow clients to select
their desired carrier as well as the speed of their delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The shipping/transit time varies depending on where the order is being shipped to. Once your order is ready and shipped the estimated delivery will be viable through the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE: These are all approximate shipping times. We ship items during regular business days, and do not ship out on weekends or Statutory Holidays. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?/ DO YOU HAVE A STORE IN EDMONTON?
We currently love the idea of offering you convenience and affordability, so instead of a store front we decided to be a mobile store. As a nail technician we know that your time is limited so being a mobile nail art distributor is the best way to serve you. If you live in Edmonton, St. Albert or Sherwood Park, simply call us to book an appointment and we will come to you with all of our nail products.

Additionally we do offer a complementary pick-up option from our location in downtown Edmonton, Alberta. You can pick up your online order by selecting the "local pick up" option when checking out your cart and wait for an email confirming the order is ready for pick up.
Please bring your receipt and identification to validate your order when picking up.

DAMAGED / MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please inspect all packages immediately upon deliver. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
If a product is damaged, please attach a photo of the product in question in you email for quality assurance.
If you order products that we do not have in stock, our warehouse team will notify you and refund you for that product immediately.
All order can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged and sent. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
