SHIPPING & RATES
We offer free Canada Post Expedited shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more to all Canadian and US customers. Shipping services within Canada are Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, Fedex, and DHL. We only provide shipping options that include a tracking number. Shipping services to US customers will be at our discretion based on cost and delivery times.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been packed, you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a tracking number for your selected shipping method. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. Any order that must be resent due to incorrect information will be at the cost of the purchaser. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges, fees, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs and brokerage fees, please speak to your local customs office or preferred shipper for more information.CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We now offer a complimentary pick-up option in Saskatoon, SK. You can pick up your online order by selecting the "local pick up" option during checkout. An email will be sent to you confirming the order is ready for pickup. Please bring your receipt and identification to validate your order when picking it up.
