DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged or missing, please notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the product. If a product is damaged, please attach a photo of the damaged product in your email for quality assurance.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged and sent. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
